Risk Assessments
The Health and Safety Management Regulations (1999) mandate that employers carry out comprehensive assessments of the risks posed to their employees' health and safety while they're working, and to others who may be impacted by their work activities. These risk assessments must be thorough and consider all potential hazards so that appropriate measures can be taken to mitigate and control the risks.

Do I need to record my Risk Assessments?

What if I am Self-Employed or a Sole Trader?
